  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, update product information, or change products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailability.
  • After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order and does not guarantee acceptance.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • The only payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the courier in cash upon delivery.
  • A delivery fee may apply and, if so, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout at the time you place it.

5. Delivery

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please note that, for health and hygiene reasons, opened test kits are generally non‑returnable.
